Inferno promote Dresen

Dan Dresen has been elevated from assistant to head coach at Alverno.

As far as I can tell, the Central/Midwest programs that have yet to announce new permanent head coaches are North Park, Concordia Moorhead, Lake Forest, Eureka and Iowa Wesleyan.
