  5. I’ll be somewhat less concise than Mike. In addition to Calvin’s head-scratching seed, there’s far too much regional disparity in these brackets every year and it’s not fair to the players. Calvin worked too hard this season to play against the UAA champion in the 1st round, and the same for WashU (and a rematch from last year’s finals at that). The Southwestern-hosted regional is the bracket of death. Meanwhile the east regions are filled with teams that never sniffed the Top 25. C’mon committee, some travel is ok and you can do better.
