Dominican, Eureka head coaches resign

Dominican head coach Ryan Baumgartner has resigned after three seasons and accepted a position in the private sector.

Eureka head coach Michelle Reef resigned after two seasons, citing other professional opportunities.

Searches to replace Baumgartner and Reef are underway.

In other Central and Midwest region coaching news, NCAA Market shows current listings for head coaches at Illinois College and Illinois Tech, and assistant coach openings at Washington-St. Louis and Gustavus.

As long as I’m making this a news repository, Wisconsin-Superior is officially leaving the Wisconsin Intercollegiate Athletic Conference for the Upper Midwest Athletic Conference in the 2015-16 academic year.

Schopf to lead Lakeland

Lakeland named Ryan Schopf as its new head coach Friday. Schopf was most recently an assistant at Jacksonville State.
