WIAC Championship Replay
If you missed it live or want to relive it again with added production value, FSN Wisconsin will broadcast the white-knuckle, back-and-forth, five-set WIAC Championship match between UW Oshkosh and UW-Eau Claire on Dec. 18 @ 7 p.m. Set your TiVo accordingly.
FYI: If you didn’t already know, a complete broadcast schedule of all WIAC sporting events on FSN Wisconsin can be found here.

There’s not nearly enough non-major sports coverage out there. When I lived in Raleigh, the local FSN showed a lot of college volleyball and lacrosse; unfortunately, I haven’t found anything like that now that I’ve moved to Philly.
We’re actually looking for more volleyball coverage at collegefanz.com, the largest college sports site on the net. I think your writing could get more coverage over there, with our free and easy to use blogs. Also NCAA volleyball will get increased coverage, as we currently have very few people blogging about it. This would be a good partnership, so take a look at the site and let me know how you feel!

I like the inclusive nature of CollegeFanz. But my blogs are structured a bit differently than CollegeFanz – they’re regional (and national during the tournaments) more than team-specific, although the Oshkosh angle comes easiest for me.
If I could copy and paste my blogs from point A to point B, we may have something. But limiting myself to a team – or even several teams – would be hard to do. It’s difficult for anyone to tell what my baseball blog will look like with just the one post, but I plan for it to be the best resource anywhere for all NCAA D-III Midwest Region fans. I suppose something like that could fit under the Wisconsin Oshkosh team banner, but it’s nowhere near descriptive of its scope.
I hope I explained it well. In summary, I’m definitely interested in different platforms, audiences, etc., but I’m not sure how I’d fit in. Of course I could do Oshkosh-specific blogs, but I’ve done that, and my volleyball blog (since the now-outdated accompanying Web site) have expanded well beyond Oshkosh. I plan to expand my baseball blog well outside Oshkosh, too.
It may be easier to correspond about this via e-mail. Contact me at ricky.nelson08@gmail.com.
If I don’t hear from you, thanks for the interest.
